Our neighbors Carlos and Desiree welcomed a new baby girl into their home just a few weeks ago. She is an adorable little girl. I want to thank them for allowing me the opportunity to photograph her.

- My name is Michael Johnson, I have taken up photography and decided to make this my profession in search of a more personally rewarding job. I have been attending seminars and reading everything I can get my hands on for the last two years. I feel I have grown considerably and am ready to take the next step and begin showing my work and seeking clients. I am starting this blog in an attempt to not only show my work but also to track my progress. I chose the name Johnson's Basement for my business, because as I am starting this business from scratch, most of the processing and work of the business is done in the basement of my home.
